beware of the door to door npower salesmean

So this is my first blog , i have just left Npower as a door to door salesman please don't judge me on this as I am not one of those dodgy salesmen just signing you up to anything and putting you on higher tariffs i didn't do so well at npower as my morels got in the way and in the end i had to quit as it was just getting too much , I love my customers The customers that i did get usually invited me in for a coffee and i would chat to them for hours on end and go through there bill with a fine tooth comb to see if we were cheaper if we were i would sign them up if we were not i would say "well thanks for the coffee" and leave , I've found in this trade if you do rather well and your numbers are good you get rewarded same as allot of jobs, i thought i was good at my job my customers i think would agree i was one of the only ones that ever told the truth and told them all the benefits of the company back in july we were told about a new tariff spreading the warmth this was for people over 60 and people who had an income of less than 13,500 a year i thought this was great for a company to offer as i had been to dozens of houses a day that pensioners owned and could hardly afford to live i couldn't wait to tell them of this offer as it would help them so much when i approached my manager about it he told me i was not allowed to mention it and i would be sacked if i was to mention it he told me that npower didn't want people to know about this to much as they would loose so much money , this is when i started to not believe in the company as much i kinda worried a bit because I've been looking for that dream job for so long when i first joined npower i felt so important the first week was amazing fancy flash all inclusive hotel brilliant course a lot of hype about how to look after customers and how to earn a 1,000+ per week second week your out on the field i felt great going to my new job untill i met the crew,braggers,blagers oh and of course the manager . In my first 5 min of being there i was told to take 10% of the course in and forget the other 90% as this was the real world the person that trained me boasted to me about how she had never used a calculator in the job surely you need to i said to work out if we are cheaper than the other company she said why on earth would you do that you don't want to loose a sale , I thought to my self that's wrong ,surely were supposed to do that to make sure people are getting a better deal apparently not , well my leads were solid and i never miss lead anyone i always used my calculator and if it wasn't a better deal i sure dident put them on it i aint breaking my morals for no one i left npower a while ago now handed my weeks notice in they owe me so much money around 700 quid and i don't expect to get it back . I used to brag about being at npower , couldn't wait to join them . And now from what i have seen, read, heard, and gone through They can go to hell they are the worst company to ever get involved in . I work for a company now that if you don't look after your customers you don't get paid you don't have to blag because they are the best suppliers of gas and electric that are English owned they have morels and are customer focused
